Uptime for (more) than one week, no additional ISK...

Hi Support-Team,
I've requested a tunnel on 15th of July 2009. One day later I was able to get a problem with my firewall fixed (m0n0wall 1.3b16). This problem was mainly related to the ADSL-Modem...
Since I've thixed this, the tunnel is alive...
So my question is, when can I expect to get the 5 ISKs for one week uptime?

The Latency/uptime checker really doesn't care if you can ping some arbitrary remote host. The check is performed between <tunnel>::1 (PoP) and <tunnel>::2 (your endpoint) and only over the tunnel, no other path is accepted.
As you have a heartbeat tunnel, you will only be granted credits every two weeks. See the FAQ.

Hi Jeroen,
thanks for this clarification. Maybe the wording of the 'example credit plan' should be changed to '2 weeks uptime' :-)
Best regards,
Harald
