i get in syslog

Aug 20 12:39:33 pxmx-sixxs aiccu[2180]: Couldn't retrieve first tunnel for the above reason, aborting
The problem why i had to restart the machine was, that i first needed to configure my VZ machine to use the tun/tap device i first needed to activate in my vm-host server.
How can i reenable the aiccu client without beeing blocked by the tic server?

First resolve the problem that is causing you to restart AICCU so often and thus hammer on our TIC servers.

problem should be solved. I previously tried to restart aiccu until i saw the news... now init.d aiccu is stopped and i wait to start it until you give the ok...

I neede to configure the vm according to these steps to let the interface work properly: http://openvz.org/VPN_via_the_TUN/TAP_device
I also forgot to open the needed port in my firewall, which is done now.
After that i restarted aiccu manually. And then i got the error message. Its not restarted automatically by any service...I just want to start the client now finally, it will not be restarted anymore, because every conflict is solved now.

To trigger the block you have had to restart it a LOT of times. What went wrong?

Hi,
first there were some errors like the device is not existing and then not permitted,...:
Aug 20 12:13:20 pxmx-sixxs aiccu[4366]: Successfully retrieved tunnel information for T129414

At 3rd or 4th restart i see that i was blocked... i tried about 4 more times until i checked the logs and saw that i was blocked...and then i wrote this ticket here...
Like i said, all problems with NAT and tap device are resolved now and it should work, if the tic server is not blocking me anymore...
Do you need more information, or is it clear now?

Shows that checking the logs is important.
As you are quick blocked it should expire soon, just don't restart it that often anymore in the next hour or so.
