I can see a lot of Packet drops and very flapping latency.
I didn't change anything on my side - it started to get really slow about 2 to 3 days ago. At first i thought this is a temporary problem but i think it's a bigger problem.

Please actually read the FAQ and provide more details than a traceroute that shows that everything is fine.
