Static route, lost all traffic throughput via uschi03 this morning in bouts at 9:20 AM, 10:32 AM, 12:30 PM (all UTC) - the latter is still ongoing. 100% packet loss to both the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for uschi03, confirmed in my statistics on the SixXS site. Only able to connect to this site to submit ticket but forcing IPv4 Thanks.

As you are using IPv6 tunnels, which go over IPv4, if IPv4 is broken your IPv6 is also broken. Traceroute from uschi03:
