Can someone please fix nlams05?
Or, if possible, bring up my 3th tunnel which is set down under the same ip as the nlams05 tunnel so i can have it as a fallback...
Which would be even a greater sollution...
nlams05 is down for a couple of days, my connections to the server have wait for the timeout which takes lots of time.
Also some of my ipv6 only sites are not available, which is an other issue...

PoP nlams05 is down for several hours now. I wonder how long it will take before it's fixed.

PoP Down
Jeroen Massar on Monday, 08 September 2008 18:29:05
It is fixed when it is fixed. We are aware that it is down, that is why it is reported as down.
If you require an SLA, then please contact info@sixxs.net and specify your requirements and we will forward it to appropriate parties who can make you an offer.
Pop down for longer time?
Shadow Hawkins on Tuesday, 09 September 2008 20:55:07
Hi,
You deleted my reply to the other thread, I find that rather rude. But I only want to know if the downtime for this pop is expected to take a while. If so, I can switch to another pop maybe.
I know that it will be fixed when it's fixed and that there is no SLA, but four days is rather inconvenient, so I just would like to know what to expect.
Feel free to delete this message again if you feel like it, just remember what you would feel when that happens to you.
Best,
Tom Albers

We are *VERY* aware thank you.
If you require an SLA then define your requirements and we can pass this on to providers who can offer you a 24/7 perfect connection.
Of course, also see the FAQ
