routing problem?

Hi,
I'm trying to resolve a communication problem between my server (2001:6f8:1ccd::1) / tunnel T25507 and a remote host (2607:f238:2::13).
The remote host is reacheable just fine from another tunnel provided by another POP. Other hosts (like google.com or heise.de) are reacheable without a problem from my host/tunnel.
A ping6 to the problematic host gets a timeout and a traceroute6 shows the following:
# traceroute6 -n 2607:f238:2::13
traceroute to 2607:f238:2::13 (2607:f238:2::13), 30 hops max, 80 byte packets

This leads me to think that there's a routing problem at deham02/Easynet.
Kind regards and TIA,
Juri

I am unable to reach 2607:f238:2::13 from a variety of hosts, as such, please contact that ISP and ask them to set up better peering.

Did those hosts your were doing your tests on were connected through Easynet by any chance?
Using different Looking Glass sites around the net I found only one which had a problem doing a traceroute to this host in question - and this failing traceroute was on an Easynet LG site - and the PoP for my host is from Easynet as well, so in my understanding it is not a remote problem, but a problem at Easynet!
Try http://lg.easynet.net/lg.php and choose "traceroute" and "ixfra.de: DECIX, PNI DE" and 2607:f238:2::13 as address - traceroute ends at 2001:6f8:1:0:87:86:77:248, which is Easynet.

Please see the PoP list, there are a large amount of different ISPs involved from which we can do traceroutes.
But as you ask for examples, here you go:
{{{
$ traceroute6 2607:f238:2::13
[..]
12 10gigabitethernet5-3.core1.lax1.he.net 191.928 ms 179.381 ms 183.856 ms
13 10gigabitethernet1-3.core1.lax2.he.net 183.114 ms 183.696 ms 191.740 ms
14 2001:504:13::11 196.359 ms 192.320 ms 180.735 ms
15 * * *
16 * * *
}}}
No Easynet involved at all on that path.
