I found my internal router does not support the protocol 41. The tunnel configuration was required for static, but when I replace the router, change my ip. I would like to request a new tunnel, but do not have enough credits ISK.

To answer your question though: you can change our tunnel endpoint and type in the webinterface. No new tunnel needed, though it will cost credits it can always be done.

Well, I don't have the option of creating new tunnels ... The link is not available when you click Request Tunnel, follows the image:

That is, as stated because you do not need a new tunnel as you can change the type and endpoint of the current tunnel.
