Since about ~13:00 CEST the PoP decgn01 doesn't work anymore.
I tried to update my IP by reconnection my internet connection without success.

See my tunnel statistics there are no packets coming back from cecgn01.

Without any details of what is supposedly not working, this ticket is marked as invalid.
As for your tunnel though, you need to send valid heartbeats for it to work. You might want to check the clock on your computer.
