Hello.
It seems to be a routing problem since 12:00 at March 16 2012. Some sites became unreachable since this time.
Tunnel is T84298. Pop is ruled01. There are 2 routed subnets over this tunnel: R51398 and R169858.
Here are the output of 'mtr' and 'traceroute' command:
