I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there: I accidentally submitted two tunnel requests, apologies. I hit "back" from the cool stuff page and reloaded the post information from the submission confirmation. It debited me 10 credits twice, I only wanted one tunnel...can I get the 10 credits back or is this a "learner's fee" :) --Mark T.
