Hi, I'm having a few problems with reverse DNS at the moment, and I think it's due to a config problem with Goscomb, although I'm not too sure. [...snip...] 8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa. 172800 IN NS ns3.goscomb.net. 8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa. 172800 IN NS ns1.goscomb.net. 8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa. 172800 IN NS ns2.goscomb.net. ;; Received 155 bytes from 200.160.0.7#53(ns.lacnic.net) in 226 ms 1.0.8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa.8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa. 86400 IN NS ns1.sixxs.net. 1.0.8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa.8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa. 86400 IN NS ns2.sixxs.net. 1.0.8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa.8.4.3.0.1.0.a.2.ip6.arpa. 86400 IN NS ns3.sixxs.net. ;; Received 182 bytes from 195.238.232.74#53(ns1.goscomb.net) in 38 ms ;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached The response from ns1.goscomb.net looks broken to me - is this something that can be fixed?

Goscomb folks contacted.
