I'm having connectivity problems with fihel01. The tunnel endpoint seems to answer, but traffic doesn't go any further. For example:
traceroute to noc.sixxs.net (2001:838:1:1:210:dcff:fe20:7c7c) from 2001:14b8:100:1ce::2, 30 hops max, 16 byte packets
1 gw-463.hel-01.fi.sixxs.net (2001:14b8:100:1ce::1) 16.118 ms 16.68 ms 16.158 ms

and so on. fihel01 was down sooner today (2007-08-04).

Seems to be that I have same problem with routing with fihel01.
