user disabled state?

Hi,
I must admit I'm new to IPV6, but I set up hurricane electric tunnel, and Au's ARNET tunnel broker service with no problems. I realised your tunnel broker is in the same city as my server in the states so I put forwards a request for the tunnel.
It has a user disabled dstae in SixXs console. Am I required to run some kind of keep alive software or routing demon with your service in order to bring the link up?
Cheers,
Luke

NOTE: The ticket system is not a helpdesk, please read that big green box and the other information present on the website.
Re-read the message you got from the system, it contains the following section:
8<---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please set up this tunnel and make sure you can ping6 the SixXS endpoint
within reasonable time (eg, 7 days). We will start monitoring this tunnel
as soon as you enable it via the webinterface. We will record any downtime
on your side.

All resolved. SixXs provisioned ip allocations by default but does not enable the tunnel until you go back to the website.
