IPv6 Connectivity Limited

Most of the time my ipv6 does not work! He makes a request to DNS, but can not connect, showing "Load Fail"and not "Server Not Found" as happens when IPv6 is not installed.
I think that in IPv6/IPv4 sites, the browser prefers IPv6 and only then when the browser can not connect to the IPv6 it connects to IPv4 and that makes a slow connection.
My operating system is Windows 7 SP1 x86 Original Updated
I installed IPv6 tunnel from the instructions on the site Bit a Bit
My connection is about NAT.
My antivirus is Norton Internet Security 18.6.0.29
Windows Firewall is being managed by antivirus (is off)
Ping does not respond to ipv6.google.com (Timed out)
When I installed the tunnel (about 2 months ago) it always worked, but in recent weeks it usually works at night.

That can quite well be the problem.
But as requested by that big yellow/orange box, please provide a lot more details.
As your problem seems to be on your side though, please peruse the forums for more help.

I've deactivated the antivirus and still does not work! I do not know that I can provide more information. I will create a tunnel alternative to make sure is my computer.
My tunnel is T62865

If you really think it is the PoP causing issues, then post more details here. Otherwise please use the forums for having your tunnel set up.
