The PoP listed above does not appear in the Request Tunnel options for AYIYA tunnels though in the PoP description it is listed as supporting AYIYA.

What is your current ISP? I believe the USANC01 POP is restricted to GCI customers to ensure that traffic peers locally and not down in the states.

Ah well that might be the reason why then. I am using MTA, not GCI, therein may lay the rub, though MTA is only in the state so perhaps I should talk with the GCI folks about it.
