Hello,
I previously removed my tunnel a few months ago due to I moved my VPS from London to Fremont, California. However, due to a very long power outage, I decided that my VPS was better off in London.
Would I be able to have my tunnel restored?
I cannot create another one due to only having 10 ISK.
