Some IPv6 Routing not working via goscomb.net

Is there a problem with goscomb routing at the moment? I can get to some IPv6 sites (sixxs, google, kame.net), but others like ipv6-speedtest.net fail.
Doing a traceroute the problem sites keep bouncing between two machines in goscomb's network, see below:

That IP is unreachable from a variety of locations, nothing much we can do about as we are not the transit provider for the remote site.
