Can't change tunnel endpoint nor enable the tunnel
[ru] Shadow Hawkins on Monday, 29 August 2016 15:15:41
Hello! Tunnel id: T149613 Yesterday my IPv4 address has been changed and I'd like to change my endpoint adress of the tunnel. When I get to the settings panel of the tunnel, I get that it's disabled and both "Enable" (the tunnel) and "Change tunnel type" (to change the endpoint) are disabled. I press them and nothing happens.

Please read our news page articles. Did you Call Your ISP for Native IPv6?

Yes to both of them. But they rejected me for Native IPv6 in near future. It's pity cause I use IPv6 in my work much. And if I'm clear then you just "are stopping accepting signups and tunnel & subnet requests for the month of January 2016. " and I just want to change the settings of existent tunnel. If you are preventing changing settings of old tunnels then it will be good to mention this somewhere.

We really can't help you read those articles or Call Your ISP. IPv6 is 20 years old, you have had the time to do this...

Have you ever read my previous reply?

At least I need to clarify if you are not only refuse a new tunnel or subnets but also changing old ones?

Jeroen, is it so hard not to repeat "Call Your ISP" but explain what am I doing wrong? I have called my ISP - both of them. May be you need some proofs? And I don't want any new tunnels - just changing settings of old. What's wrong?
