deham routingproblem between 2 tunnels
Shadow Hawkins on Tuesday, 03 November 2009 01:22:47
Hello,
I have 2 tunnels which points to 2 differend locations: 8575 and 13051. My problem is, that I can't ping from 8575 to 13051 since 3 days - but ping in the other direction is still possible.
From 13051 to 8575:
platon:/home/dab# ping6 dabpc.of.baur4.info
PING dabpc.of.baur4.info(dabpc.of.baur4.info) 56 data bytes
64 bytes from dabpc.of.baur4.info: icmp_seq=1 ttl=62 time=41.3 ms
64 bytes from dabpc.of.baur4.info: icmp_seq=2 ttl=62 time=41.9 ms
64 bytes from dabpc.of.baur4.info: icmp_seq=3 ttl=62 time=44.3 ms
From 8575 to 13051:
23:46:47dab@dabpc:$ ping6 platon.ext.baur4.info
PING platon.ext.baur4.info(platon.ext.baur4.info) 56 data bytes
From gw-1587.ham-01.de.sixxs.net icmp_seq=1 Destination unreachable: No route
From gw-1587.ham-01.de.sixxs.net icmp_seq=2 Destination unreachable: No route
From gw-1587.ham-01.de.sixxs.net icmp_seq=3 Destination unreachable: No route
I guess the problem is the opposite side of the 8575-tunnel, that is not correct routed any more.
I have no problem to connect to other IPv6-host from 8575 (beside a freenode-server, but that could be a problem of freenode).
If you need further informations, just ask for them.
Thanks in advantage.
Sincerly,
Daniel Baur
