Hello,
My IPv6 tunnel suddenly stops working a lot last week..sometimes it's just back up and then down again.
Nothing changes on my router and all other communications are OK. internal v6 is also OK.
I also notice the heartbeat in my syslog that still looks OK.
Is there an issue at the scarlet pop? or is this something local on my router box? Any idea?

From the little bit of details that you provide we can at least tell you that you have an RFC1918 address (192.168.0.20) as your local endpoint.
Thus, check your NAT box how it handles that. Better idea: use AYIYA.
Nevertheless, as there is no problem with the PoP: use the forums.
