Incorrect Tunnel Downtime email

Hiya,
I've just got an email reporting my tunnel as down - as near as I can tell, it's been stable and up... UI is also reporting tunnel as down.
PING's are not firewalled and are answered correctly (I've checked from outside the network).
I'm not sure what else is relevant! Let me know if I'm missing something from below.

So it turns out pfSense was the culprit, This ticket can be closed - I can't see a way to close this myself.
