Can't change tunnel endpoint

Dear SixXS,
My NIC handle is DTQ1-SIXXS.
I am trying to change the endpoint of my tunnel T18871 to the IP address 212.242.190.159. But this fails with the message "There is already a tunnel to 212.242.190.159 on this PoP". Indeed I have tunnel T23460 with endpoint 212.242.190.159, but I deleted this tunnel.
I messed up and am kindly asking for your assistance in sorting this out.

The state of this ticket has been changed to resolved
Can't change tunnel endpoint
Tunnel endpoints swapped, costs some credits, but then it also works.
