It seems Finnet has poor route to google AS. Latency is over 100ms and normally over IPv4 it is something around 40ms. Traceroute also shows many unknown hops.

Definitely a transit issue. Sprint probably peers with Google in the US, and that is why one ends up there. Not much we nor Finnet directly can do about.
