Hello,
I appear to be facing an issue whnt using AICUU, I had configured this earlier this morning and was working perfectly, however when I try to connect now I see the following error;
TIC Server is currently not available
Couldn't retrieve first tunnel for the above reason, aborting
I am using POP - gblon02.
Any suggestions would be great.

Can be many many issues (DNS, blocked etc), the log file will actually tell you.
Please also read amongst others:
