No IPv6 address on Vista

Hi,
I tried now everything I can imagine but I'm not able to give my VistaPC an ipv6 address.
Windows is configured to retrieve everything automatically.
(my Mac notebook works fine)
My Vista hasn't even a link local v6 address.
ipconfig /all says:

I tried already to reset winsock with:

I tried to give the box a manual v6 address but no success.
Has here anyone an idea?

You don't seem to have any IPv6 at all, even no link-local addresses.

Why winsock?
You might try two things (as an administrator of course):
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh int ipv6 install
The latter though, should always be the case on Vista.
Which Vista version do you have?

I tried it and got the following message:
netsh int ipv6 reset
Fehler beim Zurücksetzen von Echoanforderung.
Zugriff verweigert
Es sind keine vom Benutzer festgelegten Einstellungen zum Zurücksetzen vorhanden

(the console was started with admin rights.
And to answer the question from David, yes IPv6 is enabled. I even tried to give a manual address, which doesn't change anything.
It is Windows Vista with newest service pack and all updates installed.

Does Network and Sharing Center->Local Area Connection->Properties show both the ip4 and ipv6 checked? If not you need to add ipv6 protocol.
