dns server for ipv6 clients ?

I have set up a tunnel using a netscreen ssg5, works fine.
subnet seems to work,
clients (Vista) behind the ssg5 get ip from subnet and are able to route out (RA configured on ssg5)
However, dns resolution doesn't work
What DNS server(s) should I use ?

dont know if it helps, but bind9 supports ipv6.
