aiccu-2008-03-15-windows-console configuration problem

I try to start this version of aiccu with another configuration file, but it allways tries to start the aiccu.conf in the windows directory.
In the previous windows console version it works allright.
e:\Effe\ip6new>aiccu start test.conf
[error] Could not open config file "C:\WINDOWS\aiccu.conf"

Just a few thoughts:
- Does specifying an absolute path make any difference.
- Does aiccu that you are calling match aiccu.bat or aiccu.exe?

aiccu means calling aiccu.exe
I tried the absolute path also, this don't make any differene.
When I use the prevous version of aiccu the file test.conf is used for configuraion
