debian asks for password to get aiccu-package

For some strange reason the site with the
aiccu-debian-package seems to require a password.
My login for the sixxs.net -website does not work
there.
How is this supposed to work? Why is there a password
at all?
I am using the debian-source-lines from the website.

What program exactly asks for a password?
