I read this, i'm not ISP, i don't have MIPP, but i have ASN.
It's only for learn and testing.

MIPP is a policy, you can't 'have' a policy, you either abide to it or not.
You have an ASN but are not an ISP? You probably mean a 65000+ ASN, those are private ASN's not public.

Ok, i understand. My ASN is < 65000+, and is public.
(private Frame Relay connection).
