Hi,
Not sure whetehrt his is the reight place.... Got a high loss rate on graph on my user home for a tunnel. What does this exactly say? At which point the loss is happening? Any way to debug it? Connection seems to work nevertheless...

That you are not responding to all the latency requests being send to you.

Somewhere on or between your node and the PoP.

Connection seems to work nevertheless...
That could be pure luck, or because of filters or inactivity timers or many other problems.
