As dhcp is also dynamic, you just need to route a prefix to that subnet and configure the static IP on every host. I wonder where the use would be though, dynamic allocations are much handier.

If you disable 'privacy' on your clients they will use always the same ipv6 ip number and that will be the one that is made out of their MAC address. In addition, you must/can/should use radvd to make sure that they put the right prefix in front of their MAC address.

Even if you disable privacy the assignment is still dynamic and radvd's can still add prefixes dynamically. Disabling privacy does make it more static ofcourse :)

Cool, I thought that there exists something like DHCP for IPv6, but I saw only Linux version, but ok next question :)
How to assign static IP manually to the Interface 4 in WinXP
Router local IP is: 3ffe:8114:2000:1400:1::1/64
the radvd is working but when i add the IP it is not used by default on windows
But then i use ping -s 3ffe:8114:2000:1400:1::2 (local IP on WIndows) www.sixxs.net, it works fine. So how can i do it? Or Where can I find good tutorial/refernce ?

Check the FAQ chest and look at the Microsoft documents which are referenced there. It is quite probable that an application needs to support it for it to work.
