I'm looking to provide IPv6 tunnel support to various servers and hosts within so many miles of my servers, with blocks of /112's. It would not be feasible to add a gif interface for every host. Is there a more efficient way of tunneling, or routing the blocks? I'm fairly new to routing in general, but nowhere near new with IPv6. I've managed to create several tunnels using gif, but after 30 or so, you realize there should be a better way. Additionally, it appears that a tunnel endpoint can use any IP advertised in rtadvd. Is it possible to restrict what IPs a tunnel endpoint may use, based on the endpoint's IP? :?

Don't do tunnels != /64 (note that the IPng pop uses /128 but that was before these rules where established).
And for every tunnel you'll just have to add another gif interface.
or you'll need to code some fancy stuff using the dummy/defer devices ;)
