Hi Jeroen,
I have 2 network cards in my server, Example:
eth0 and eth1
eth0 connects to the Internet IPv6 SixXS the interface and the eth1 I want to deploy to serve other client machines with radvd DHCP and IPv6 to connect to internet
How I do that??
Thanks for your answer =)

You likely mean that eth0 gives you IPv4 and that you have an IPv6 tunnel over that.
the eth1 I want to deploy to serve other client machines with radvd DHCP and IPv6 to connect to internet
By reading the FAQ: How do I give connectivity to other hosts on my subnet?.
