Can't install tun/tap driver

Hi guys,
I am trying to install the tun/tap driver. When i open the tap901 driver a little dos screen wel open but it disapears almost emediatly.
I am using Windows vista 32bit.
Can you guys help me?

What is try to say is that it doesn't create a new network adapter.

You need to run it as an administrator.

It does the same when i open the 901 driver as administrator.
