Credits for T2499?

T2499 is some days above the 7 days limit.
Is there a reason why it doesn't get any new credits (which I do need to create a new heartbeat tunnel for my desktop PC - as the other is for the server one)?

Why 2 tunnels to your home?
Why not 1 tunnel and a subnet?

One is to connect a server homed in Munich (a whole subnet) to the IPv6 backbone (a static IPv4 subnet), the other is to connect my home desktop with t-dialin connectivity to IPv6 to access the servers.
