Tunnel uptime 0 after PoP down

Hi,
PoP uschi02 went down after my tunnel was up for 34 days and 22 hours. 2 hours missing for next 5 ISK. Now, after PoP coming up again, my uptime is zeroed. :-(
Additionally, if my static tunnel is down for 24 h, I get fined with -5 ISK. Isn't it fair to receive 5 ISK when PoP is down for 24 h? ;-)

As there is no way to know if your tunnel worked or not, there is neither a plus or a neg in credits.
And yes, we are quite aware that down PoPs are incompatible with the credit system next to being very annoying, but it is all for free...
