It is very strange that I'm able to ping my server sometimes, although most of the time there's "no route" available.
Does anyone know what's the issue in this case or who to contact so this gets resolved? I have also reported this problem to OVH, so maybe there's a problem in their network aswell.
Thank you in advance.

The problem still exists and I have no idea why it occures. Is there anyone out there who actually cares about IPv6 connectivity?
On IPv4 these issues get fixed within a few hours. However, on IPv6, no one seems to care ?

I think blaming Cisco for not resolving the problem yet is a good one in this case.
