Update email address?

I searched the forum and the FAQs and found that I need to send an email to info@sixxs.net from my registered email address for updating my email information.
I did that but got no response.
What else shall I do?

Unfortunately, the sole thing, is to have a little bit of patience as you are not the only person in the mail queue....
I have been busy fixing all kinds of other more important things (next to the rest of that thing called 'life'), but will go through the mail queue again this evening to get it down a bit more.
