heartbeat worked fine untill yesterday, and when i started my pc today, i got '10061: Kan geen verbinding maken omdat de doelcomputer de verbinding actief heeft geweigerd'-message
i'm using nlams01.sixxs.net, OS winXp
anyone pls ?

me to the same problem
at 08:30 it worked fine
after a restart it gave the same message as you discribed
if have no idea what the problem is

Even though I understand dutch quite well I don't understand what that error means though. Dutch translations of Windows are really odd.

Uppercase letters seem very childish. Do you really expect help when you do something others consider as "crying"?
You didn't even provide any information about OS or anything like that.
The only match on Google I got is a Winsock Error 10061, so it probably won't be Unix.
And 10061 is "Connection refused" then. Which POP?

The only thing related to 'heartbeat', and I guess that this person is meaning the Windows Client, that returns errors is the Config service, which runs on two seperate ports, though the current editions of the client only use 42006.
