No ISK earned for 4 weeks tunnel uptime

Hi.
I have static tunnel T84398 to PoP ruled01.
It is up 4 weeks 24 hours a day.
Using tcpdump i see ping requests from PoP and replies on it from my side of tunnel. Tunnel works fine, ipv6 sites in Internel are reachable using it.
But for all this time i have not earned any ISK.
And another strangeness - on tunnel information page in configuration parameters of this tunnel i see "Your IPv4Static, currently unknown" string.
Is this a bug or someting else ?

Indeed there seems to be a bug in ISK generation. My last log entries are:
2012-01-22 01:16:09Dynamic Tunnel T41917 is alive for 4 weeks
2011-12-04 01:16:12Dynamic Tunnel T41917 is alive for 6 weeks
2011-09-11 01:15:56Dynamic Tunnel T41917 is alive for 8 weeks
Note the missing ISK for weeks 2+4 in November, and for week 2 in January.
Similarly to you, my tunnel information page lists "Your IPv4:AYIYA, currently unknown".
Everything else works fine.

I have the same error and also I got no ipv4 endpoint.
I also sent an email for support! :)

I noticed the same error today when I checked the ping graph. The static tunnel works ok, but there is no ping data since 2 days and that status "Your IPv4Static, currently unknown" is shown for the tunnel. But the "Last alive" timestamp is about 30 minutes ago, so the backend notices the data flowing through.
I tried to set the IP address again in the tunnel config, but the system says that there already exists a tunnel for this IP. (apparently the logic does not notice that it is the same tunnel.)

This was shown for a few years already for v3 PoPs as the webfrontend was unable to retrieve this information from the PoPs.
As most PoPs are now v4 you should see what the PoP is thinking about your endpoint.

Thank you for your support Jeroen. Now my client side ipv4 it's shown and also the graphs. Is it possible to also get back the lost ISK?
Thank you again!
