Connection from my IPv4 is blocked to TIC

Connection from my IPv4 is blocked, but I'm not sure what it happened.
All what I did, was I set-up connection through "aiccu" and try some IPv6 request no pages, etc.
But after two day, my tunnel stopped working, I was informed I harming services, but I really did not do anything wrong, when tunnel stopped working I tried to restart service (2 or 3times) and it didn't work, so I tried telnet in it does not work either.
I left service stopped overnight, but I still can not make connection from my IP address, it works from different one, so what's the limit?

You might want to start checking what processes are running on your computer (or anything that can come from your IP address).

Nothing is connecting from my IP to tic.sixxs.net:3874, that is why i'm curios about this situation, I am behind NAT with my public IP and I have full control (port 3874 to internet is only allowed from my server) over router who has assigned public IP.
Could you provide more information about that? What kind of requests are sent to your server, because I really do not know what i done wrong.

"Please tell us exactly what commands you used and exactly what messages you received. "I was informed I harming services" isn't very helpful.
What do you see when you go to your SixXS home page and click on "Tunnel Details"?

Well,
service aiccu start
* Starting SixXS Automatic IPv6 Connectivity Client Utility (aiccu)...
...fail!
Syslog:
Mar 2 09:07:56 aiccu: Couldn't connect to the TIC server tic.sixxs.net
Mar 2 09:07:56 aiccu: Couldn't retrieve first tunnel for the above reason, aborting
Telnet:
telnet tic.sixxs.net 3874
Trying 94.75.219.73...
Trying 213.204.193.2...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out
I can perform connection from different IP, but it is kind of useless.
Seems like firewall drops packets on server side, I'm not getting any other message, even if aiccu is set as verbose, all what i gets is
# /usr/sbin/aiccu test /etc/aiccu.conf
Couldn't connect to the TIC server tic.sixxs.net
Couldn't retrieve first tunnel for the above reason, aborting
# /usr/sbin/aiccu start /etc/aiccu.conf
Couldn't connect to the TIC server tic.sixxs.net
Couldn't retrieve first tunnel for the above reason, aborting

Hi Josef,
Are you on a Mac? Check out this page in the wiki:
I'm using macport AICCU, Now my account is disabled
Even if you're not using the macports version, you may have a similar issue at hand. I have an Astaro security gateway that has AICCU preinstalled, and it does not properly handle monitoring of 6in4-Static links. The Astaro has a watchdog that restarts services that fail, so when the client exits, it starts it again.
