While its correct that no spare blocks are available, most ISPs have plenty of capacity to keep handing out IPv4 addresses and blocks for at least a year (or years in some cases). I just hope they migrate before we really run out as my ISP has been testing IPv6 for years but every time I ask when the users get native IPv6 the answer is still they same: we don't know...

My ISP keeps buying other smaller ISPs to gain control of more IPv4 blocks. Like some of you, the answer to the question is one day. I want to know which day? A local forum in AU has a long running thread on my ISP about IPv6 implementation. Ian M
