I don't know if it will be useful to anyone, but I've written up a short document describing how to configure a single hostname with a dynamic IPv4 address and a static IPv6 address. This way www.yourdomain.com can return both an A record and a AAAA record rather than having www.yourdomain.com and a dedicated ipv6.yourdomain.com.
