What exactly does "currently momentarily unavailable" mean in the the "Your IPv4" line? Is that a problem which may influence my credit income? The tunnel is working and my IPv4 address can be pinged from the outside.

That the website does not know what your IPv4 address is, hence the 'currently momentarily unavailable" ;)

Not directly.
The tunnel is working and my IPv4 address can be pinged from the outside.
See the FAQ, the PoP does not care about your IPv4 address other than sending IPv4 encapsulated IPv6 packets to it. Some of these packets will be ICMPv6 packets from the PoPs side of the tunnel to which your end of the tunnel should respond.
