Hi,
Does QOS was enable on bebru01 recently (some weeks ago at least)?
I cannot go more than 64kb/s on ipv6 (while with ipv4 I got full bandwidth).
It's not that annoying on normal surfing but it is when doing OS updates or scp (or whatever other transfer protocols).

If you mean "Quality of Service" with "QOS" would that not mean that the quality would be bettered?
There is no such thing as ratelimitting.
