full heartbeat suite in ksh

Hi!
I'm back.
After a hbClient only, I've written a hbServer now too, which I am
using for a DynDNS clone myself. I haven't tested it on a large scale
obviously, and it's quite system specific to MirOS (especially the
shell and nc (netcat) are required), but it "seems to work".
hbSuite:
http://mirbsd.bsdadvocacy.org/cvs.cgi/contrib/code/heartbeat/
Shell:
http://wiki.mirbsd.de/MirbsdKsh
netcat:
http://mirbsd.bsdadvocacy.org/cvs.cgi/src/usr.bin/nc/
(no portable version yet; someone wants to help?)
As usual, I'd like to get feedback - unluckily, the parent nameserver
is fragged ATM, that's why <miros-discuss@66h.42h.de> might or
might not work.
