IPv6 address pingable after first ping FROM it

Hello,
I have a strange problem with OpenWRT and AICCU. My IPv6 address is not pingable from outside. But when I log in to my router and ping any IPv6 address from console, it begins to respond to pings from outside.
I have fair amount of knowledge about networks, but I cannot explain this phenomenon.
Anyone with the same problem and solution?
