Problem with NT6tunnel with Windows 2000

I've got the IPv6-tunnel working wit the AICCU-tool. Ie. PING6 newszilla6.xs4all.nl replies in a normal manner.
When I try to start the tool nt6tunnel with the parameters -vd 1119 newszilla6.xs4all.nl 119, then I get the following error message.
resolving newszilla6.xs4all.nl

bind: No error
What does the line bind: No error mean? The tool NT6tunnel quits after this message.
