lost connection with Newszilla6 using NewsBinPro

Hello,
I'm using Newspro which doesn't support ipv6 and therefore I have to setup a portproxy for that. Are you sure that newsbin pro has native support for ipv6 build-in?
To start a portproxy use the following command:
netsh interface portproxy add v4tov6 listenport=119 connectaddress=newszilla6.xs4all.nl connectport=119
If you use this technique, you have to set localhost as the newsservers' hostaddress in newsbin pro.
Bram

So far I have had no extra (proxy) instructions necessary. I have had always connection with NewsBinPro 4.3.1 and NT6tunnel

I today installed the tunnel as advised on the website of dutchunderground.nl
I'm also (trying to) using Newsbin v 4.32 but canot get a connection to the server. Via DOS this is the reaction:
C:\Documents and Settings\Eigenaar>cd c:\nt6tunnel
C:\NT6tunnel>nt6tunnel -vd 1119 newszilla6.xs4all.nl 119
resolving newszilla6.xs4all.nl
-- â[1m6tunnelâ[0m --
local: default,1119; remote: newszilla6.xs4all.nl,119; source: default
<1820> connection from uw-rvv6t73a3gt6,1273
<1820> connection refused (newszilla6.xs4all.nl,119)
<1820> connection closed
what can I do, i just can't seem to get an authorised connection
