On debian, I can do
# host -t aaaa google.dk google.dk has IPv6 address 2a00:1450:400f:802::1018
Reverse dns:
# host -t ptr 2a00:1450:400f:802::1018 8.1.0.1.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.2.0.8.0.f.0.0.4.0.5.4.1.0.0.a.2.ip6.arpa domain name pointer arn02s05-in-x18.1e100.net.
But dig cannot make reverse lookup of "colon-adresses":
# dig -t ptr 2a00:1450:400f:802::1018 ;; global options: +cmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 40395 ;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 1, ADDITIONAL: 0 ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;2a00:1450:400f:802::101f. One have to tediously use

Depends on the version of 'dig', but:
$ dig +short -x 2001:838:1:1:210:dcff:fe20:7c7c ptr noc.sixxs.net.
